Shipment Rules:

Optimal delivery service is our priority. For all orders under €75, we will ship your items via standard mail without a tracking number. For orders exceeding the €75 mark, we provide tracked shipping services, ensuring the security and prompt delivery of your purchase.

Tracked Shipping Important Message

If you choose for shipment with Tracked Shipping, please make sure you provide a correct address, phone number and e-mailadres during checkout.
If you fill in false/wrong information, we and Shipping company can not provide any support to you.

Regular Mail Note

! We do NOT reship “Regular Mail” orders.
If the order does not reach you, it is at YOUR OWN RISK!

! Packages are maximum 25gr with Regular Mail.

In case you make a bigger order, the order will be divided over multiple shipments. 

For example : an order of 75gr will be shipped in 3x25gr shipments

! Please note that Regular mail has NO reship and no tracking.
This means that it is possible that one of the packages does reach you and the other does not.
In that case, there is nothing that we can do.
We always advice our customers to choose for UPS or DHL as shipping method if they are available for your shipping address.
